LordRich customers receive a 30 day period from the date of receiving your order to return the product with its original packaging and receipt for a full refund. Customers are advised that if it is beyond 30 days of the date of purchase, LordRich will NOT offer the client a refund or exchange.
LordRich will NOT accept the refund of items that are not in their original condition, are damaged and/or missing parts for reasons that are not due to a LordRich error, or returned after 30 days of delivery.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), you will receive a notification e-mail of receipt and approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited in the form of payment from the original purchase. Credit payments vary depending on individual banking institutions. If you have not received your credit, please contact us.
We only accept exchanges of items that are defective or items that have been shipped incorrectly. We DO NOT accept exchanges for any other reasons.
Additionally, the client will be responsible for the shipping & shipping costs for all returns.
